Built an SMS agent and admin intelligence layer for our student billing platform.
Student billing questions are answered instantly and school admin gain visibility into every conversation - with topic breakdowns, resolution rates, and early retention signals that feed into student risk scoring.
Created a campaign management system that allows school admins to preview, manage, and test the billing reminders students receive through Meadow.
A really fun deep dive into React as well - this was the first project where I entirely coded the frontend!
Filtering interaction that detects student filters in real time as school admins type them out.
A core part of the school admin's role is pulling a precise, multi-attribute student segment to analyze or act on. This exploration was born from the observation that the process of doing so involves far too many clicks or in some cases, is entirely impossible.
Launched the first subscription product at Monzo US, including a customized cash back program that rewarded users with 5% back at 5 places they pick.
